Exceptional Leopards!

Central African Republic is an exceptional hunting ground for big leopards. Although the country is mostly known for the L D Eland, Bongo and Giant foresthog, I would say that eastern CAR has much bigger and more beautiful cats than anywhere else! Take a look at these photos of my clients leopards and judge for your self.

Sometimes buffalohunting gets ruff...

That was the case with this hunt. We had followed the buffalo for over two hours when he decided to go down in the thick forest. We continued in his tracks and finally got a shot at a short distance. Wounded and angry he zigzaged in the forest and we were forced to go extremely slow, creeping under vines and wading through water as we carefully listened to every noice we could notice.

After quite a while we managed to get a second shot at the buff walking in a stream and the hunt was over. It's a hunt I'll always remeber!
